libkdcraw23 software package provides RAW picture decoding library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkdcraw23
libkdcraw23 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkdcraw23 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkdcraw23 *
You will get with libkdcraw23 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
